Job Description

As a PHP Developer at the Bangalore office, you will utilize your 7-9 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and services using PHP, symfony, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and jQuery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze technical specifications, and translate them into scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include architecting and implementing efficient and reusable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business objectives, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet or surpass expectations. - Participate in agile development methodologies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software within budget. - Contribute to technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides, to enhance collaboration and knowledge transfer. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization to streamline development workflows and boost productivity. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures, along with experience in RESTful API development, integration, and consumption. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git, continuous integration/deployment tools, and agile methodologies is essential. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering high-quality software solutions will be essential. Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary for seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders. You should be capable of working independently, handling multiple tasks/projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, and leading a small team of 3-4 members.
