Your primary responsibility as a Peoplesoft developer will be to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions within PeopleSoft HCM. You will be tasked with customizing and enhancing PeopleSoft applications, reports, interfaces, and processes to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing organizational hierarchy changes, employee movements, benefits administration, compensation structures, and integration with external systems. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM development. Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools such as PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and SQL is essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, familiarity with Oracle databases, exposure to PeopleSoft Fluid UI, knowledge of cloud integrations, and experience working in Agile development environments.
