Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Hands-on experience with Application Engine, integrations, customizations, and reporting. - Proficiency in Integration tools like Integration Broker, Component Interface, File layout. - Experience in developing various Reports using BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query, Crystal reports. - Ability to troubleshoot production support issues related to Application engine process failures, SQR failures, integration issues, errors in people code, and providing permanent resolutions. - Strong communication skills, a willingness to explore and learn new skills. - Working knowledge in creating User Profiles, Roles, and Permission lists. - Solid working knowledge of SQL queries and PS Queries.
