Job title: People & Technology Project Manager – GenAI & Service Innovation
As People & Technology Project Manager you will work on identification, governance, and integration of GenAI solutions to transform people processes, optimize service delivery, and drive strategic impact across the People Function (HR).
Your Role
- AI Initiatives Management You will identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance people technology solutions, improve people processes, and optimize the service delivery model (SDM). You’ll develop comprehensive business cases for new AI initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and alignment with strategic goals. A key part of your role will be driving the adoption of AI tools and ensuring their seamless integration with existing systems and data architecture.
- AI Governance You’ll work on a governance framework for the use of AI in People Technology, initiating and overseeing AI-related projects. You’ll monitor implementations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, safeguarding ethical and effective use of AI.
- Project Management You’ll work on People Technology projects using best practices and company standards. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate functional objectives into comprehensive project plans and ensure successful delivery—on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Performance Tracking and Metrics You’ll constantly assess the impact of AI on People processes and systems. By analyzing data and leveraging AI analytics, you’ll provide insights to leadership and stakeholders, driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
You're The Right Fit If
- Min 7+years of experience in HR and service delivery or digital transformation or processes optimization with exposure to AI initiatives or emerging technologies.
- You’re excited by GenAI, and capable of connecting people, content, and systems to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
- You bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and appetite for learning.
- You hold a degree in HR, Business, Technology, or a related field—or have equivalent practical experience.
How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.Indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.
