As an HR Shared Services Coordinator at Cohesity, you play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities include: - Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses to employees. - Managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions. - Maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. - Updating and managing employee compensation and benefits information in HR systems. - Overseeing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives. - Assisting employees in understanding and enrolling in benefits programs and addressing any related queries. - Generating periodic HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and compliance audits, and supporting HR analytics. - Collaborating with HR Business Partners and other departments to effectively implement HR initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR shared services. - Proficiency in ServiceNow and Workday, with familiarity in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite. - Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, proactive approach in hiring and scheduling processes. - Previous experience in offer generation and background check processes.,
