Job Description

As a People & Operations Manager at Beat Educations, you will be central to cultivating a positive, high-performing environment. You’ll oversee core HR functions, optimize operational processes, and champion our mission of innovation and growth. This is a pivotal, cross-functional role where you’ll support all teams and help scale people practices in our expanding organization.


Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and strategies that support company growth.
  • Foster a culture that attracts, develops, and engages top talent.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support leadership in organizational planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee daily office and remote team operations, including resource management.
  • Organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and learning initiatives.
  • Manage HR systems and maintain accurate personnel and operational records.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all people practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership on HR and operational matters.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
  • 3+ years' experience in HR management, Operations Management, or People Operations.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup, EdTech, or tech-driven environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, payroll, and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Demonstrated passion for people, culture, and organizational excellence.
