What you will bring.

• 5–7 years of experience in HR process design, policy documentation, or HR transformation, ideally in a

  global product company

  or

  multinational capability center

• Proven ability to deliver

  structured, high-quality documentation

  on policies and processes.
• Familiarity with

  Workday

  HRIS, employee self-service models, knowledge management systems, and

  AI chatbots enabled with Workday

  .
• Experience working across

  multiple countries
