Job Description

The People Development Manager India will be responsible for aligning e.l.f. Beauty's global people strategy with local execution. This role ensures employees have the skills, opportunities, and support needed to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. The position focuses on fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous growth while driving organizational scalability and talent readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Development & Growth:

  • Lead and promote adoption of e.l.f.U learning initiatives across teams.
  • Identify skills gaps and collaborate with leaders to design and implement tailored training and career development programs.
  • Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to support employee progression.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics, making improvements where necessary.
  • Educate, facilitate, and embed the High Performing Team Framework throughout all teams and functions.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Champion company values and a One Team, One Dream mindset across all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and inspiring workplace.
  • Monitor cultural health through engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and performance insights.
  • Strategic Justification:

  • Driving a Disruptive Culture & Scaling with a Global Mindset:

    Ensure agility and innovation as the organization grows.
  • Enabling Exceptional Talent:

    Strengthen business impact and retention through effective talent engagement and development.
  • Growth Readiness:

    Support 40% projected revenue growth by ensuring talent attraction, development, and retention align with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in People, Culture, or Learning & Development roles.
  • Proven track record in talent development, employee engagement, and culture transformation.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation in a fast-paced environment.
