Job Summary:

The People Lead / People Development Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and supporting employees to ensure a high-performance, engaged, and positive workplace. This role focuses on employee experience, performance management, team development, conflict resolution, and driving HR initiatives aligned with the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support employees to ensure high engagement and productivity.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, and retention.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one discussions, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill-development programs.
  • Manage team performance by setting goals, tracking progress, and coaching team members.
  • Resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to implement people-centric policies and processes.
  • Promote a positive culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and growth.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity metrics, and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Support recruitment activities by participating in interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 37 years of experience in people management, HR, or team leadership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate diverse teams.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
