Job Description - Civil Site Supervisor Job Summary : The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring that all work is executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved plans and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining site records, managing materials and labor, and ensuring timely project completion. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: 1. Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 2.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision. 3.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety protocols To get the site work done in time with proper Quality and timely finish of work. Coordinate with different agencies & Project coordinator to get the work moving To document all the work done. To execute works as per approved Checklist and Work orders. Keep daily labour report Arrange proper stacking of materials received at site and to keep record of the same. To ensure the quality of the material received and rejected material is not unloaded at the Site. To keep information of goods received & use GATE-PASS for sending material To ensure safety & security of all Men and Material at his sites at all times. To assist Site Engineers in his work. Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks Etiquettes and people management skills Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires Ability to work in a team with high people orientation Responsibilities.

Job Summary This role shall be responsible for guiding on reconciliations and account statements. Ensure accurate accounts management, preparing accurate draft account statements and periodically execute routine accounting activities, monitor verification of invoices and adherence to FAI standards and policies, management of general ledger & redressal of escalations through interactions with concerned stakeholders. Overall purpose of the role: As a solution architect, you will be responsible for defining methodology and best practices and facilitating the use of automation, archives, & tools for the Customer Success department. Responsibilities: - New initiatives/opportunities to bring automation by leveraging the smartShift code transformation platform. - Should be able to thrive in a highly collaborative workplace and actively engage with - The teams are spread across different geographical locations. - Collaborate closely with the customer/partner teams to gather requirements. - Analyze business processes and tailor the smartShift legacy solutions powered by automation. - Engage with other internal teams such as product, engineering, and others, and contribute to the automation for custom code transformation. - The successful applicant will be expected to also be part of SAP ABAP clean core transformation projects. Experience & Skills: 1. 8 to 10 years of experience in ABAP development. 2. At least 3 years of client-facing experience and the ability to oversee several details of multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle, technical solutions, and system landscapes. 4. Desirable to have been involved in end-to-end software services/product development 5. SAP S4HANA experience is a plus. 6. Good to have exposure to ABAP development tools, such as ABAP Development 7. Tools (ADT), Eclipse, and SAP Business Application Studio. 8. Good leadership skills with attention to detail, problem-solving, and being innovative. 9. Strong people orientation & collaboration skills.
