People Consulting-WFM-Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager in the People Consulting (PC) team at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will play a crucial role in managing global workforce challenges in the ever-evolving business landscape. You will work with clients to align their HR functions with organizational goals while prioritizing employee experience. This role will provide you with a diverse and global work experience to propel your career forward. Key Responsibilities: - Support client projects by applying expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) processes such as Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labour Scheduling, and other related components - Collaborate with a global team to ensure the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of project deliverables - Lead teams in all phases of WFM system implementation including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Postproduction Support - Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in WFM domain areas - Foster effective communication with clients and project team members across different locations to ensure project success - Provide mentorship, goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous development opportunities for the team Qualifications Required: - 10-11 years of relevant experience in WFM - Masters degree in HR or a similar full-time MBA/EMBA - Experience in consulting on global client projects - Postgraduate degree with specialization in Human Resources - Team management experience - Strong technical knowledge of end-to-end WFM processes - Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and other relevant tools - Certification in Workforce Management - Ability to review and improve WFM processes, identify efficiencies, and enhance control effectiveness - Exposure to workforce transformation programs leveraging technology Additional Company Details: EY is committed to creating a better working world by delivering value to clients, employees, and society while instilling trust in the capital markets.
