As a Consultant in Work Force Management (WFM) at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Consulting, People Consulting (PC) team, you will be part of a team that supports clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience. This role offers you the opportunity to gain cross-functional, multi-industry, and truly global work experience. Key Responsibilities: - Support client projects by leveraging deep knowledge of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labour Scheduling, and other components of Workforce management processes and systems - Work on client projects as part of a globally distributed team - Ensure high-quality deliverables through exhaustive internal reviews and excellent feedback from clients and global project counterparts - Participate in full project life cycle activities including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support - Support the development of thought leadership, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance Workforce management service offerings - Manage and support EY initiatives within the practice - Drive effective client communication, cadence, and build relations with clients and project team counterparts across global locations Skills And Attributes For Success: - Integrity and commitment to working in a new and challenging environment - Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive - Strong communication and presentation skills - Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity - High energy, agility, and adaptability - Positive attitude towards feedback and ongoing training - Openness to travel for approved projects following EY and country-specific travel advisories Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in Workforce management - Experience in configuring Kronos Workforce central modules on v7+ and above - Experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and relational databases - Proven ability to apply leading practices to the software development life cycle - Knowledge of data manipulation, transformation, and integrations - Experience in process mapping and documentation using Visio and other tools Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Dell Boomi and Workforce Dimensions - Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, RDL, and/or SSRS for reports - Experience with other WFM products like Ceridian, ADP E-time - Experience in policy, process, and design of the overall WFM solution What We Look For: - Knowledge and experience of working in a cross-cultural setup - Strong desire to learn and demonstrate examples of change management deliverables Working At EY Offers: At EY, we're dedicated to helping our clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on education, coaching, and personal development. As a Senior Consultant in People Consulting with a focus on Workforce Management at EY-GDS Consulting, you will play a crucial role in managing the global workforce in today's fast-changing and highly disrupted environment. As a member of the PC practice, you will be part of a team that supports clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience. Your key responsibilities will include supporting client projects by leveraging your deep knowledge and understanding of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labor Scheduling, and other components of Workforce Management processes and systems. You will work on client projects as part of a global distributed team, ensuring the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all work outputs. Additionally, you will be expected to be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas within the Workforce Management domain. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate high integrity, commitment to working in a challenging environment, strong communication and presentation skills, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to manage ambiguity proactively. You should also be open to national and international travel for approved client projects. To qualify for this position, you should have 6-9 years of relevant experience, a Master's degree in HR or a similar full-time MBA/EMBA, and experience working in a consulting environment on global client projects. Additionally, possessing strong technical knowledge and experience in end-to-end Workforce Management processes, analytical abilities, expertise in process mapping and documentation, and certification in Workforce Management are highly desirable.
