Job Description

  •  Job TitleLearning and Development Digital learning: 
  •  Your Key Responsibilities: 
  • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting learning and development initiatives within People Consulting practice. Key responsibilities include
  •  Learning and Development:
  • Conduct learning needs analysis, persona development, and curriculum design to shape learner journeys aligned with business goals.
  • Design and implement learning strategies using proven instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
  • Develop and deliver virtual/digital modules for system implementation, application simulations, and capability development via virtual/classroom or blended formats.
  • Execute L&D projects using VILTs, WBTs, guided tours, job aids, animated videos, and other formats.
  • Plan and operationalize learning programs, ensuring policy compliance and a positive learner experience.
  • Manage training deployment, logistics, and post-course sustainment, including knowledge assessments and participant feedback.
  • Champion AI-powered learning, microlearning, and personalized digital journeys.
  • Apply critical thinking to analyse data and recommend solutions to complex problems.
  • Use project and program management skills to organize, track, and deliver multiple tasks and initiatives.

  •  Digital Learning & Innovation
  • Design and execution of blended learning programs, including virtual/classroom training, e-learning, simulations, and gamification.
  • Hands on experience of digital tools e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Gomo Learning, Adobe Suite, Vyond etc. for content creation and hosting on platforms like SharePoint and SuccessFactors.
  • Hands on experience in crafting guided tours, byte-size videos, animations, simulations & gamification.
  • Deliver and execute LMS activities, including course/class creation, content upload, instructor assignment, and reporting.
  •  Skills & Attributes for Success
  • Build collaborative partnerships with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SME), and peers.
  • Experienced in delivering large-scale L&D projects across the full lifecycle, including blended and digital learning, within consulting and professional services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of related professional experience in developing adult learning programs and training experiences.
  • Possesses good communication and presentation skills.
