Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Peon to join our team at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the restaurant or hotel, ensuring excellent customer service.
Coordinate with staff members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Peon in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
