Work regime: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)

Role Purpose:

Provide advanced technical support for Pega applications, ensuring system stability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement of application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver

  L2/L3 support

  for Pega-based systems, including:
• Code investigation and defect resolution.
• Source code management and version control.
• Incident handling and service request fulfilment.
• System restoration and recovery after failures.
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting, including scripting, monitoring setup, and implementing workarounds.
• Create and maintain SOPs/runbooks for operational efficiency.
• Configure tools and manage infrastructure for smooth application functioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure adherence to best practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Pega platform and application architecture.
• Expertise in debugging, defect fixing, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with infrastructure management and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and resolve critical incidents quickly.
