Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA). The Pega LSA will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications, ensuring that solutions meet industry best practices. Daily tasks include collaborating with team members to define application requirements, providing technical guidance and support, and leading project design sessions. The Pega LSA will also work on troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing Pega applications to ensure they meet performance standards and business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications
• Strong knowledge in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) fundamentals
• Expertise in integrating Pega applications with external systems and databases
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
• Experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining Pega applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Pega LSA Certification is highly desirable
