Role Overview: You are invited to join InnoFissionAI, a pioneering brand at the forefront of digital transformation through AI and cutting-edge platforms. Your role as a Pega Decisioning Architect (DA) or Senior Decisioning Architect (SDA) will involve designing and implementing next-generation customer engagement solutions using Pega's Customer Decision Hub (CDH). You will play a crucial part in optimizing customer interactions by utilizing Pega's real-time decisioning, AI, and analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities for Pega Decisioning Architect (DA): - Configure rules within the Next-Best-Action Designer. - Collaborate with Pega's Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) and Prediction Studio to construct and monitor models. - Develop and configure data flows, data sets, and data transform rules. - Maintain detailed documentation of design decisions and processes. Key Responsibilities for Senior Decisioning Architect (SDA): - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Architect complex decisioning strategies and establish the overall decisioning vision. - Lead cross-functional collaboration and act as a key liaison between business and technical teams. - Conduct code and design reviews to ensure solution quality and maintainability. - Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning, A/B testing, and model optimization. Qualifications Required: - Deep, hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Next-Best-Action Designer. - Proficiency in configuring strategies, propositions, treatments, and channels. - Strong knowledge of Pega's data model, data flows, and integration capabilities (e.g., REST, SOAP). - Familiarity with the latest features in Pega CDH. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, agile team. - Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification is highly preferred.
