The Pega LSA will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications, ensuring that solutions meet industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Pega application design and development. • Certified Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) (mandatory). • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC concepts, case management, flows, activities, integrations, and UI components. • Hands-on experience in implementing integrations using SOAP, REST, JMS, MQ, or similar protocols. • Familiarity with database concepts (SQL, Oracle, or similar) and performance optimisation techniques. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies with strong collaboration and communication skills. • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions within time and budget constraints. • Exposure to Pega deployment, DevOps pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
