As a Pega Decisioning Architect (DA) at InnoFissionAI, you will play a crucial role in executing decisioning strategies using Pega's Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Your focus will be on configuring rules within the Next-Best-Action Designer, working with Pega's Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) and Prediction Studio to build and monitor models, developing and configuring data flows, data sets, and data transform rules, as well as maintaining comprehensive documentation of design decisions and processes. As a Senior Decisioning Architect (SDA) at InnoFissionAI, you will be a strategic leader and mentor responsible for the architecture and vision of the decisioning framework. Your role will involve providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, architecting complex decisioning strategies, defining the overall decisioning vision, leading cross-functional collaboration, conducting code and design reviews, and driving continuous improvement through performance tuning, A/B testing, and model optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Architect complex decisioning strategies and define the overall decisioning vision. - Lead cross-functional collaboration and serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams. - Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of the solution. - Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning, A/B testing, and model optimization. Qualifications Required: - Deep, hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Next-Best-Action Designer. - Proficiency in configuring strategies, propositions, treatments, and channels. - Strong knowledge of Pega's data model, data flows, and integration capabilities (e.g., REST, SOAP). - Knowledge of the latest features in Pega CDH. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, agile team. - Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification is highly preferred.
