Job Description

35746BRMarylandLooking for a highly experienced and technically skilled Senior PEGA Developer.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in PEGA development, with a deep understanding of designing and implementing robust enterprise-grade solutions.A strong emphasis is placed on Kafka-based messaging and API integration, ensuring smooth communication between distributed systems.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in PEGA development.
Strong hands-on experience with PEGA PRPC platform, including case management, UI design, and rules engine.
Proficiency in Kafka integration, including topics, producers, consumers, schema registry, and event-driven architecture.
Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful and SOAP web services.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience with PEGA deployment pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable PEGA applications.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Implement integrations between PEGA and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Kafka messaging queues.
Optimize performance of PEGA applications and troubleshoot complex issues.
Maintain adherence to PEGA best practices and participate in peer code reviews.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
