Pega Developer

You are an experienced Pega Developer with 7-10 years of relevant experience and possess a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification. Your expertise lies in Pega PRPC, Pega Decisioning, and other Pega-related tools. You excel in designing and developing complex workflows, business processes, and automation solutions within Pega PRPC. Your technical skills include a deep understanding of Pega declarative rules, activities, decision tables, and reports. You are well-versed in Pega architecture, application design, and advanced configuration. Your experience extends to working with Pega's integration frameworks such as SOAP/REST, JMS, and File, among others. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and database technologies like SQL and DB2 is essential for this role. In addition, you have hands-on experience in Pega Security models, Role-based Access Control (RBAC), and authentication mechanisms. Your expertise includes implementing Pega's best practices for security, performance tuning, and scalability. You have a proven track record of developing and architecting Pega applications, with a minimum of 2 years as a CSSA. Managing large and complex Pega implementations from design to production is a part of your skill set. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with Pega 8.x or higher, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and exposure to Agile development environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) is an advantage. Experience in handling complex integrations with external systems and services will be beneficial.
