Pega Developer

As a skilled Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications. Your role will involve collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing Pega applications using best practices, and customizing applications to meet specific business needs. You will also be required to perform unit testing, debugging, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Additionally, you will work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure application reliability and performance. Participation in code reviews, contribution to continuous improvement efforts, and staying updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices are also key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience working as a Pega Developer. Possessing Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certifications is essential. Proficiency in Pega development tools and frameworks, a strong understanding of Pega application design principles and best practices, and experience with Agile development methodologies are required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the capacity to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements are also necessary for success in this role.,
