Additionally, you will work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure application reliability and performance. Participation in code reviews, contribution to continuous improvement efforts, and staying updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices are also key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience working as a Pega Developer. Possessing Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certifications is essential. Proficiency in Pega development tools and frameworks, a strong understanding of Pega application design principles and best practices, and experience with Agile development methodologies are required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the capacity to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements are also necessary for success in this role.,
