Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PEB Tendering / Contracts Executive - Structural Steel Projects Only, located in Faridabad. The executive will be responsible for preparing tender documents, evaluating contract requirements, managing project contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing bids, negotiating terms, and preparing detailed cost estimates. The role also involves monitoring project progress, resolving contractual disputes, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing tender documents, managing contracts, and evaluating contract requirements
• Skills in analyzing bids, negotiating terms, and preparing cost estimates
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, with a focus on structural steel projects
• Excellent communication, project management, and coordination skills
• Proven ability to resolve contractual disputes and maintain accurate records
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly in high-rise steel buildings, bridges, and railway construction, is a plus
