Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shuttering Contractor located in Faridabad. The Shuttering Contractor will be responsible for daily tasks including the preparation and installation of formwork for concrete structures, ensuring that all shuttering works meet engineering specifications, maintaining safety standards on-site, and collaborating with other team members to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in preparing and installing formwork for concrete structures
• Ability to interpret and follow engineering drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in construction
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding on-site environment
• Basic carpentry skills and familiarity with various shuttering materials
• Relevant certification or training in shuttering or formwork systems
• Experience in high-rise building or infrastructure projects is a plus
