Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator/Tendering position located in Faridabad. The Construction Estimator/Tendering professional will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The daily tasks include analyzing project specifications, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining accurate records of all estimates and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is a plus
• Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely estimates
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
