Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for an HR Executive in the fabrication industry. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing all human resources activities. Daily tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with industry regulations and OHSAS practices.

• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
