Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Specialist where you will play a crucial role in managing policy changes and endorsements. With a hybrid work model and night shifts you will leverage your MS Office skills to ensure accurate documentation and communication. Your contributions will enhance our service delivery and positively impact customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing tasks with precision and attention to detail ensuring all changes and endorsements are accurately processed.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to document policy changes and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of policy modifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in policy servicing operations.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on policy servicing activities to management for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all policy servicing activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for policy servicing to enhance service quality.
  • Support the team in resolving policy-related issues and challenges ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of policy servicing processes through innovative solutions and ideas.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in policy servicing.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint to effectively manage policy documentation.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show understanding of policy changes and endorsements ensuring accurate processing and documentation.
  • Possess problem-solving skills to address policy-related challenges and improve service delivery.
  • Display attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate and accessible policy records.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
  • Exhibit willingness to work night shifts ensuring availability for policy servicing activities during designated hours.

  • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is recommended to validate proficiency in MS Office applications.
