P&E Engineer (full time)

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Civil).
2. Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in Elevator industry.

Technical Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ electrical/ Electronics/ Civil Engineering.
2. Proficient in Lifts and Escalator installation and/or commissioning and/or maintenance.
3. Proficient in reading VHT GA drawings.
4. Excellent technical understanding of Elevator, Escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet the customer expectations is considered a plus.

Software Skills:

1. AutoCAD 2017 or Higher - Ability to read drawings and understand
2. Microsoft 365, MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities: (Appropriate training will be provided)

1. Conducting Elevator traffic analysis using software for various options to ensure design requirements are met.
2. Preparing Traffic Analysis presentations for clients.
3. Maintaining regular communication with clients
4. Participating in design review meetings and workshops.
5. Traffic analysis summary for stakeholder approval.
6. Preparing a Civil Dimension matrix for all finalized lift configurations ensuring dimensions meet at least four designated vendors.
7. Preparing and presenting a Design Brief Report to the client.
8. Using e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved DBR.
9. Coordinating with the Drafting team for tender drawing submission after checking for conformity.
10. Supporting the client during vendor discussions and the e-Comply/Specification management team with vendor technical ratings.
11. Coordinating with the drafting team, client, and vendor for GAD approval.
12. Maintaining regularly updated performance data.
13. Cooperating during internal and external audits.
14. Ensuring all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding to the next stage.
