Role & responsibilities : 1 .Fabric swatch analysis (count, construction, weave, Lycra placement etc). Design Analysis 2.Developing designs in Texcad software in order to proceed for deskloom/yardage. 3. Creating new designs, working with new yarns ,fabric, finishies to develop new product . Working with new concepts . 4. Modifications designs according to the provided swatch/CAD with best possible match keeping in mind the constraints. 5. Ensure development of inivative products and subsequent prospects of order / revenue generations. 6. Meeting with buyers / brands / travels / attend wordshops to understand the requirements and Impelmened. 7.
