Design and Development Understanding technical specification, Evaluation of feasibility Concept Finalization, Concept Review, Design Reviews, DFMEA, DFA, DFAM, RTS, PPAP Evaluating technology readiness, Bench-marking, Test Codes, Product Documentation 2. Part manufacturing or developments with Suppliers. Experience of working with suppliers to lead the development activities with a good level of product development cycle understanding. Develop components by closely cooperating with suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, testing, aftermarket etc. Take part in supplier discussions, initiate and lead method / preparation meetings and be responsible for documentation of these. 3. Protobuild and Verification Complete product ownership and solve Build and field quality issues effectively. Support to create Verification & Validation plan for bus body. Capable to run thorough investigations to identify root cause analysis for failures and deliver a robust solution as a countermeasure to address customer issues. Follow up quality status, Quality cases and participate in design reviews; to work on root cause analysis, risk analysis and FMEAs. 4. Serial production On time Releases. DCN Releases and Implementation. Design change and re-initiating design change implementation at supplier end based on the Protbuild and validation feedback Technical Skills: Hands on experience on CAD: Catia v5/3dx, Component selection Vehicle Architecture, Circuit Schematics, Connector selection, Vehicle Load Calculation Design lifecycle, Critical component development Risk assessment and Mitigation, Manufacturing technology Harness routing, Bus Body Codes and Amendments Understanding of the Commercial Vehicle Industry, vehicle architecture, Product Lifecycle and market trends Kannada language is a Must.
