About the Role:

  • User services: Handle the P&S Solutions Office, which has over 18,000 registered users and >20 API licensees.
  • Process management: Responsible for supervising various back-end processes related to the global delivery of P&S Solutions.
  • Business growth support: Assist the CM & Marketing team in expanding our solutions business.
  • Solution development: Support solutions owners in enhancing existing solutions and fostering innovation.
  • Solution Ambassador: Act as a supporter and advocate for all P&S solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the respective P&C Solutions by actively participating in operational management activities and ensuring field and efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers to support a wide range of operational and reporting tasks at various levels.
  • Communicate key P&C Solutions activities through the SharePoint portal and other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously find opportunities for operational optimization and effectively handle issue resolution.
  • Play a vital role in the business growth enabler team by finding opportunities for operational excellence and automation at every stage.
  • Provide first-level user support based on established performance indicators.
  • Streamline processes and collaborate with customers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Identify process inefficiencies through gap analysis and solutions.
  • Promote solutions externally at client events, conferences, etc.
  • Promote solutions internally at SR Bangalore and establish a network with client managers.

About You:

  • Holds a university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experienced with a proven ability, preferably in the re/insurance industry, minimum experienced requires is 4 to 8 years.
  • Skilled in engaging with customers.
  • Previous experience in an operations role is seen as.
  • Strong willingness to tackle responsibilities and ownership. Works autonomously with a high level of dedication and an attitude.
  • Open to development and learning.
  • Excellent and written English skills; knowledge of languages is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker who relies on data and analysis to solve problems.
  • Adaptable to situations and of managing tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated, positive self-starter with a focus on ownership and execution.
  • Adopts a growth mindset, displaying curiosity and a dedication to development.
  • Proficient in the language, with languages considered an asset.
