Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch sales performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and providing coaching to team members.
Develop and execute strategies to increase current and savings account acquisition through retail sales channels.
Build strong relationships with existing customers to retain business and identify opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for B2C sales growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of b2c sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
