Job Description

  • Collect, verify, and update payroll inputs; calculate salaries and sync data across systems.
  • Process full-cycle payroll, including Full & Final Settlements, within defined SLAs.
  • Perform Maker-Checker validation to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Handle statutory compliance and taxation: PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare Fund, and TDS.
  • Prepare and file TDS returns, and maintain records for TDS challans, acknowledgments, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement and adherence to all compliance deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues promptly.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly

    Advanced Excel

    (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with payroll applications (MS or any other relevant system).
  • Technically adept and capable of troubleshooting payroll-related system issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
