Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing project updates. - Execute and adjust strategic plans independently to align with organizational goals. - Drive operational excellence by initiating and implementing innovative process improvements. - Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization through various channels. - Lead the configuration and testing of integrations between Darwinbox and third-party solutions. - Recommend best people practices tailored to client business needs. - Support the product implementation team during the implementation process, ensuring successful go-live. - Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Possess a good understanding of statutory compliances in the relevant country. - Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and business representatives. - Ability to identify client pain points and offer appropriate solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in problem-solving and proposing effective solutions. - Effective time management skills.
