Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing:

    Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement to all employees.
  • Data Management:

    Maintain and update employee payroll records, including information on compensation, deductions, and benefits.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Employee Inquiries:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, resolving payroll-related queries, discrepancies, and issues.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare accurate payroll reports and summaries for internal use and coordination with the finance department.
