Role: Payroll Compliance Associate 📍 Job Type : Hybrid 🏢 O ffice L ocation : Nungambakkam, Chennai 🕒 Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST 📊 Exp: 1+ yr in MIS (Excel skills a must) 🎓 Qual: B.Com / BBA / MBA Your Role at a Glance: As a Payroll Compliance Associate , you’ll work closely with the Head of Tronc and our expert team to deliver our outsourced Troncmaster service efficiently and effectively. What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Processing Tronc distribution calculations (all complexity levels) ✅ Supporting onboarding of new clients & managing online portals ✅ Sending employee agreements ✅ Staying up to date with tronc and payroll tax legislation ✅ Handling client queries and preparing reports ✅ Attending and documenting client audit/committee meetings ✅ Communicating with clients (written & verbal) ✅ Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge If you’re detail-oriented, Excel-savvy , and have a flair for client communication, we’d love to hear from you! Desired Competencies & Software expertise: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel – including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Charts and Power Query. Ability to handle and process large volumes of data efficiently . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
