Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Error free payroll processing
  • Adhering to tome bound payroll compliances
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Conduct regular audits and internal reviews to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to internal teams
  • Prepare compliance reports for all stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Handle documentation and filing for statutory requirements, including licenses, registrations, and renewals.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks, HR manuals, and policy documents in line with legal changes
  • Assist in managing compliance with workplace safety, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and diversity policies
  • Educate and train employees on compliance policies and changes in labor legislation.
