Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Error free payroll processing
Adhering to tome bound payroll compliances
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Conduct regular audits and internal reviews to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to internal teams
Prepare compliance reports for all stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.
Handle documentation and filing for statutory requirements, including licenses, registrations, and renewals.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders as needed.
Maintain and update employee handbooks, HR manuals, and policy documents in line with legal changes
Assist in managing compliance with workplace safety, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and diversity policies
Educate and train employees on compliance policies and changes in labor legislation.
