Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Payment Posting Executive. The role involves timely and accurate posting of payments in the system, managing insurance and patient payments, reconciliation of accounts, and addressing payment discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of payment-related activities, resolving issues with insurance companies, and regularly communicating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with payment posting protocols.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in payment posting and medical billing processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address payment discrepancies and conduct account reconciliations
• Familiarity with insurance guidelines, eligibility, and EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
• Proficiency in using billing software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
• Ability to work in an on-site setup and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field
