Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Follow-Up Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking outstanding payments, coordinating with clients/customers for timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounts team with reconciliation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients/customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Maintain a daily tracker of follow-up activities and payment commitments.
• Coordinate with the internal accounts/finance department to resolve discrepancies or disputes related to payments.
• Generate and share aging reports and payment status updates with management.
• Ensure accurate documentation of payment confirmations, client responses, and collection status.
• Escalate long-pending dues or problematic accounts to the concerned department or senior management.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring professionalism during all interactions.
• Assist in improving the payment follow-up process for better efficiency and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills inTelgu, English, and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment cycles.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools/software.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹310,652.07 - ₹2,017,012.51 per month
