Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Service Representative, located in Hyderabad. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, verifying insurance details, responding to phone inquiries with excellent etiquette, and assisting patients with their healthcare-related needs. Additionally, the role involves guiding patients throughout their experience and ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer service journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and thorough understanding of Insurance Verification processes
• Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with Medical Office practices
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Previous experience in patient services or medical administration is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical administration preferred
