As a Patient Service Representative, your role will involve: - Managing appointment scheduling efficiently - Verifying insurance details accurately - Responding to phone inquiries with excellent etiquette - Assisting patients with their healthcare-related needs - Guiding patients throughout their experience for a seamless customer service journey In this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and thorough understanding of Insurance Verification processes - Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with Medical Office practices - Excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment - Previous experience in patient services or medical administration is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical administration preferred,
