JOB DISCRIPTION We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated B.Sc Nurse to join our Inpatient Department (IPD) . The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the medical team, and ensure the smooth operation of the inpatient ward. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and a patient-centered approach. Key Responsibilities: Provide bedside nursing care to inpatients according to standard protocols. Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress. Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed. Assist doctors during ward rounds and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and medication use. Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed. Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff for patient hygiene and ward cleanliness. Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in code blue or crash team activities.
