Job Description

Clinical Admin for a DMO at night shift

Patient Care:

Providing immediate medical care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.
Responding promptly to medical emergencies and coordinating with emergency services if needed.
Performing medical procedures and monitoring patient conditions.
Communicating patient status, progress, and treatment recommendations to the incoming shift's team or senior consultants.

Administrative Duties:

Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records while upholding patient confidentiality.
Overseeing medical activities and ensuring smooth operation during the shift.
Coordinating with other staff members, such as nurses, dietitians, and lab technicians.
Preparing reports for senior management or consultants.
Assisting in managing duty rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
