Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and driven Management Trainees with a specialization in Operations to join our healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in hospital operations and healthcare administration. The role is designed to groom future leaders by exposing them to various facets of healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hospital or diagnostic center operations
• Coordinate with departments such as OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services
• Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and turnaround times
• Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
• Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports
• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and inventory management
• Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics
• Contribute to patient satisfaction and grievance redressal processes
• Work closely with senior management on strategic projects
