Job Description:

As the Partnership specialist for Su, you will manage your own portfolio of partner accounts, responsible for the account management of our Su partners (B2B). You will be key in ensuring partner integration, account growth and retention, working alongside the Su technical support team, to ensure that our partners have a smooth onboarding and have the guidance to maximize the benefit of Su for their business. Once partners are onboarded you will work closely with them to help them grow and reap the benefits of Su, conducting QBR’s and closely monitoring and reporting on their performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding for new Su partners ensuring that they maximize benefits of the platform.
  • Ensure that partners have sufficient information, training and guidance to incorporate Su into their business and can guide and support their property partners.
  • Account manage our current and new Su partners, setting growth targets and monitoring performance against them.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts within each Su partnerships, understanding their goals and helping drive growth to achieve targets.
  • Conduct quarterly partner business reviews, reporting on performance, monitoring satisfaction and gaining feedback and ideas for enhancements.
  • Work closely with your manager and the technical team, sharing feedback from partners to help shape the Su product development roadmap and enhancements
  • Participate in refining a scalable and efficient account management process, maximizing mutual benefit.
  • Track KPI’s for our partners growth and provide monthly reporting to your manager.
  • Work closely with the Su Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sign up to go live.

·      Review, update and improve partner training material for Su on an ongoing basis

·      Record all activity through the CRM – Salesforce



Ideal Candidate profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in partnership management within the hospitality software industry

·      Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships with partners, driving mutual benefit 

·      Thorough knowledge and understanding of API technology

·      A detailed and methodical approach with a keen interest in connectivity

·      Experience with all aspects of the Account management process, from creating account plans, conducting QBR’s and driving account growth

·      Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients

·      Fluent in English
