Role Overview As a Growth Catalyst, you will be the fuel behind our B2B growth engine. This isn’t your typical Business Development role. You’ll play a key role in unlocking partnerships, striking business opportunities, and ensuring seamless handshakes between the growth and relationship teams. We’re looking for someone hungry, smart, and driven to build, pitch, and close especially in the Fintech & BFSI space. What You’ll Do Identify and close high-impact B2B partnership opportunities within fintech, NBFCs, DSAs, and financial services. Work closely with the Relationship & Growth Manager to build smooth operational flows and win-win business strategies. Manage prospect pipelines, conduct discovery calls, and participate in partnership negotiations. Research market trends, competitors, and fintech innovations to identify white space. Own partner relationships end-to-end onboarding, activation, and growth. Support pilot launches with newly onboarded partners and track early results. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Founders for GTM strategies. Who You Are 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in fintech or BFSI. A strong communicator with business acumen and negotiation skills. Curious, data-driven, and obsessed with solving problems. Prior internship or project experience in a startup, fintech, or financial advisory space is a plus. Ability to handle ambiguity, work in fast-paced environments, and wear multiple hats. Hustler mindset with a builder attitude. Why Join Us?
