Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard

  new advertisers

  in BFSI, E-commerce, Home Improvement, and Affiliate industries.
• Build and nurture strong

  partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks

  .
• Negotiate commercial terms, campaign budgets, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs.
• Represent the company at industry forums, expos, and networking events.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in

  Sales/Partnerships/Business Development

  (AdTech, BFSI, E-commerce, or Affiliate preferred).
• Proven success in

  advertiser onboarding and partnership growth

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  CPL, CPA, CPS models

  and digital marketing ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Based in

  Noida

  (onsite role, full-time).
