Partnerships and Alliances Manager

As a Sales Manager for Advertiser Partnerships & Alliances at our company, your role will involve driving growth by onboarding advertisers and establishing long-term partnerships across BFSI, E-commerce, Home Improvement, and Affiliate verticals. This onsite position in Noida is well-suited for individuals with a robust sales acumen and a keen interest in digital performance marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pitch, and onboard new advertisers within BFSI, E-commerce, Home Improvement, and Affiliate sectors. - Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks. - Negotiate commercial terms, campaign budgets, and performance targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction. - Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). - Represent the company at various industry forums, expos, and networking events. Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development (Preference for AdTech, BFSI, E-commerce, or Affiliate experience). - Demonstrated success in onboarding advertisers and fostering partnership growth. - Profound understanding of CPL, CPA, CPS models, and the digital marketing ecosystem. - Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Location requirement: Based in Noida for this full-time onsite role.
