Partnerships and Alliances Manager

You are seeking a Sales Manager for Advertiser Partnerships & Alliances role in Noida, responsible for onboarding advertisers and fostering long-term partnerships in BFSI, E-commerce, Home Improvement, and Affiliate verticals. Your role involves identifying and onboarding new advertisers, nurturing strong partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, collaborating with internal teams for campaign delivery, tracking and optimizing campaign performance, and representing the company at industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pitch, and onboard new advertisers in BFSI, E-commerce, Home Improvement, and Affiliate industries. - Build and nurture strong partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks. - Negotiate commercial terms, campaign budgets, and performance targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. - Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs. - Represent the company at industry forums, expos, and networking events. Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience in Sales/Partnerships/Business Development (AdTech, BFSI, E-commerce, or Affiliate preferred). - Proven success in advertiser onboarding and partnership growth. - Strong knowledge of CPL, CPA, CPS models, and digital marketing ecosystem. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Based in Noida (onsite role, full-time).
