About the Role

Partners

luxury sectors, private banking, wealth management, high-value real estate, hospitality, or aviation

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    business development

    through your HNI/UHNWI networks.
  • Build and nurture relationships with

    family offices, luxury investors, and high-value clients

    .
  • Represent Valion in

    exclusive luxury forums, events, and networking circles

    .
  • Act as a

    strategic advisor

    to clients for wealth and real estate investments.
  • Work closely with Valion’s internal teams for

    deal structuring, closure support, and client servicing

    .
  • Participate in

    business strategy discussions

    and support long-term revenue growth.

Ideal Partner Profile

  • Experience:

    15+ years of proven track record in

    luxury/HNI sales, private banking, wealth management, real estate, hospitality, or aviation

    Established network of

    HNI/UHNWI/Family Offices

    with strong relationships.
  • Background:

    Luxury-driven industries (aviation, hospitality, luxury retail, real estate, private equity, wealth advisory).
  • Skills:

  • Strong business development and networking skills.
  • Ability to influence and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Engagement Model

  • No Fixed Salary.

  • Only approved reimbursements
